You wake up in the morning and the last thing you want to do is spent 15 minutes cooking or preparing breakfast, I know the feeling. Breakfast is so important for us though. It gets the digestive system going, stops hunger pangs and gives you the fuel you need to get through the morning. When you’re hungry you feel sluggish, grumpy and are more prone to reach for a highly refined, sugary snack.
Eggs are a great way to get a protein kick first thing but if you want something a little fruitier, try my new smoothie. It will keep you going until lunch and the colour is spectacular! Enjoy 🙂
